As long as people are unable to distinguish between an Internet presence and the real human being behind it, bots and trolls will continue to be cost-effective.

That’s pretty much what I just said but if we act like “Oh it’s just Facebook/Twitter, no biggie” that’s foolish” FDR used the radio, the Nazis used movies, etc. Social media is part of how we have this conversation. We can’t act like it’s not even with the bots and trolls out there is my only point.
