Denying healthcare to children with infectious diseases is particularly effective. Hopefully, they’ll infect other illegal immigrants. And if they infect a few working poor on food stamps or seniors on Medicare - so much the better. Kill two birds with one stone - discourage illegal immigration and reduce that “unfunded entitlement spending.”
