Regarding the Oath Keepers and their “Civilization Preservation” teams, here’s their reason as to why their doing this. I will not link to the site who provided this - I don’t want to drive traffic to it.

That’s flat-out madness.

Basically, if there is a major catastrophe and the government has to declare martial law and call out the National Guard, it is likely to trigger an all-out “counterrevolution” on the part of these ginned up gun nuts.

Scares the bejeezus outta me just thinking about it.
