Let’s not attribute any of this to Trump. This is a GOP issue. Trump doesn’t know or care about judges (except for those who will keep him from jail). He has zero interest in most of these issues. This is what happens if you elect Republicans to office. McConnell didn’t stand in front of a Confederate flag because of Trump; minority voter disenfranchisement didn’t happen because of Trump. The GOP is infested with racists and their think tanks are no different.

True. But by sheer dint of which party is sitting in the Presidency right now, the GOP has managed to get away with this wholesale and there’s shit all that we can do about it apparently.
