Trump was busy tweeting this morning. Tweeting about his IQ. Tweeting about junking NFL tax breaks (go for it numbnuts, not only are you violating the Bill of Attainder clause by targeting the NFL, but you’re not going to get pushback from liberals who think millionaires/billionaires getting massive tax breaks for sports arenas/teams is a waste), and spewing nonsense all while Americans in Puerto Rico are still without power.
