While looking up the California deadline, I noticed there was a thing about having to submit tax returns to the Secretary of State that then get released in some fashion. That law is being challenged, and I’m 99% sure it’s going to get struck down, like similar laws have in the past. Looks like there’s a few law suits out there about it.
