Create a Failure Mode routine that pre-sets breakfast response with a capable IHOP or someplace. It’s going to cost the hotel anyways.

Not a bad idea. I’ll write up a note for the GM suggesting that. There’s a very nice local “family restaurant” that does a good cheap breakfast. Perhaps a flat fee for two eggs, bacon or sausage & toast or pancakes?
