That’s certainly the conditions for forgiveness in Catholicism. Some branches of Protestants seem to take forgiveness in a different sense, and I don’t know if their version is theologically based, or just pop culture gone wild.

So I’m curious—what are the conditions for forgiveness in Judaism?
