Back in “our day”, the ‘rents forced us to wear all kinds of things. My mother made me wear a hairpiece (back in the 60s when wigs were popular) that absolutely freaked me out. Every picture they took of me with that thing, I looked miserable.

As long has The Kid looks presentable, sports shirt or even a button down shirt with slacks, I’m sure he’ll be fine.

When I went to Catholic School we wore a white shirt, Tie and dark dress pants..I always tore my dress pants on the play ground and got many spankings for wreckless dress pants play on the Basketball court as a 14 yr old.. I got yelled at constantly..But let me ask you this..Who the heck is so stupid to send kids out to play ball at recess in dress pants…You know nuns may be smart and all..But I always had issues with nuns..Big issues..Thank God never with a priest.. We had really cool Priests..Men of God.. One Priest died Christmas Morning..Everybody knew it was his prefect big goodbye.. Great Guy…
