I need to sit down and call the national number and explain our situation which is not typical. Kid over 21, living at home, makes minimum wage. Husband’s insurance would likely go through the roof (the kid has his own policy because the last job, adding him would have cost nearly 800 a month for all of us) if all of us get on the policy. Did I mention I hate dealing with this crap? Lol.

It’s been a year since I was a navigator, and things have changed a bit. Still looks like someone can sort everybody into the most workable categories. In our state, they have professionalized the navigators, so they should be more effective face-to-face. That assumes they have them in your area.
