Did you know that you, a US citizen, do not have the right to an attorney provided for you when detained by immigration? So they can hold you indefinitely and ignore your presentation of citizenship proof as long as it takes, and run out the statute of limitations on any lawsuit.

“There is no right to a court-appointed attorney in immigration court.” Citizens included. Remember when people were like, immigrants aren’t citizens so they don’t have the right to the 6th amendment, the right to counsel, a cornerstone of the right to a fair trial.

The thread goes on further, but yeah, basically, immigration courts are a fucking unaccountable kangaroo court mess that is apparently legally able to deny you your constitutional rights because “HOLY SHIT SUPER BROWN INVASION”.
