This is what is so painful. The right in front of your face denial. We’ve followed this rhetoric on LGF, and elsewhere. From the McCain/Palin rallies, Death Panels, to the teabagger’s signs. It’s as obvious as can be that the rhetoric was ratcheted up since President Obama’s election.
