Who actually WOULD rather “stay all night” at work. That’s fucked up.

I put in a SHIT TON of overtime back in the day and I didn’t even get paid for it because I was “exempt, professional”

I don’t believe in overtime. Overtime pay for hourly workers is fine, but I don’t believe in working more than eight hours a day… including an hour for lunch. At least not more than once a month or two.

I see being exempt as just that.
