We had more votes last time. And outside of the EC, they may have cheated.
Had the Presidency for 8 years before that and did pretty well with it.

We actually do it so well that they have to resort to taking away our right to vote.

But that’s the point. They do politics where it matters. At the ballot box. Because they keep their voters focussed and energised. It may be through hate but it works because it is simple and appealing to am emotion like hate works the best because angry voters vote.

A couple of example. If I say Jeb, what do you think of? Is he really low energy? Or has he been framed that way? If he every runs for office again the anchor has been set. He’ll never shake that off.

We all know her emails were manufactured bollocks, but the message is that there was something illegal, even if know it isn’t true. You can’t shake the message.

For me propaganda is specialised political advertising. And advertising works. It’s not enough to just be honest and truthful and right. The message has to be that as well.
