Oh, I don’t believe Ambien was the major factor in her racist tweets. Those attitudes and beliefs were there all along. Ambien may have just removed some inhibitions about making them so blunt and so public. It’s a weak excuse, and she deserves to suffer the consequences of her actions.

She’s made statements that were just as bad and just as blunt and public for years before this.
