Anti-vaxx ringleaders should be rounded up and sent to the Hague for trial. The courts in this country have consistently ruled that disseminating dangerous misinformation in an emergency, or to create an emergency, is NOT Constitutionally protected free speech. Think “Fire!” in a crowded theater. 50 years of drug/pop culture outhouse law indoctrination would lead millions to assume otherwise. “But who would decide what’s factual and what isn’t?” they would reflexively screech. Courts make determinations of fact all the time, it is part of their job. If not for the financial, and therefore political power of “Big Woo” and its allied Evangelical religious grift, these sociopaths would have been shut down long ago.
