Just save me from Windows. That’s the main reason I got out of IT, really, and just trying to keep my wife’s laptop running convinces me that was the best choice.

Unfortunately, Windows is still the mainstay of most businesses from a user perspective. Windows 8 has been a massive FAIL, though, so I don’t know what direction things are going to go. People do still need desktop/laptop computers for some tasks.
