I was involved in County Gov for a while … have first hand experience in the generation of these “reports” and responses to “requests” from elected powers. This one smacks of CYA for superiors as did most of the ones we generated.

We’ll see what shakes out - looks like there are more than a few “rabid right wingers” who wont just let this go even with todays releases.

0bama has thus far proven to be immune from anyone holding his feet to the fire, so to speak. I suspect this won’t be much different.
