What’s interesting is the developing battle of the subpoenas by Kelly and her lawyer’s claims that the investigators aren’t entitled to them because of the 5th Amendment.

Meanwhile, Christie’s campaign (which separately received subpoenas) can use campaign funds for the legal costs associated with the investigation.
