And Now, the Mating Dance of the Puffin

Back from the post office and rather irritated. An order I made for two packages of some top quality coffee from the other side of the globe finally arrived today after being shipped out on December 4, 2019 (originally ordered two weeks earlier, but that’s what the shipping stamp says). On opening the box, I find that one package has a “best before” date for October 2020 - but the other, to my surprise, is “best before November 10, 2019”…

Now I know it’s coffee and that in sealed conditions it’s supposed to be fine past its “best before” date for as much as six months, but still: they knew it’d be a month-long delivery, and it was past the date for nearly a month before they even shipped it.
What do you folks think, should I make a fuss or let it slide?
