This is on Trump and the GOP. Their incompetence, malice aforethought, and greed have resulted in a massive death toll that is growing exponentially on a daily basis. We are seeing cases double every 3 days. Deaths are rising as a trailing indicator.

All of this was avoidable. It was preventable. Trump’s fucking lunacy in thinking ignoring the problem would make it go away. His idiotic belief that not testing and containing it when there were just 15 cases nationwide would make it go to zero.

Instead, we’ve now got 250,000 cases nationwide, 6000+ deaths, and the economy in shambles.

Our enemies and rivals would not have picked a better outcome had they tried to ruin the US. Trump’s actions are indistinguishable from enemy action at this point.
