What’s a cone?

It is a wax cone about 12 inches long that is about a quarter inch wide at one end an inch long at the other. it is hollow. You light the big end and let it burn till you see smoke coming out of the small end and then place the small end in someone’s ear at about a 45 degree angle while they are lying down.

It is supposed to create a vacuum of hot air that “sucks” out your earwax (and deliver all sorts of benefits that are even harder to believe, like clearing your mind).
