I imagine him standing there thinking, “Jesus Christ, it’s really true! I can say just any damn thing that comes into my head to these yahoos, and they cheer!”

I’ve been thinking that for a couple months now.

Some are saying he is purposely saying this crap to get out of the race, but it works and his numbers and popularity go up. Who knows…I find all of this surreal.

I do think it is a bad sign of the mental health of our country.
