O’Keefe is a dope, I heard him trying to justify this by saying something like ‘Well, ABC news did an undercover sting at a supermarket’. I don’t think he understood there is a legal distinction between a business or non-profit office and a senator’s office on federal property. Ignorance won’t get him off the hook entirely, but I think given the circumstances he probably won’t get a very harsh sentence.
