I’m not sure where the numbers come from but I want to know three things:

1. How many ballots were USPS delayed so they weren’t counted?

2. From what states?

3. Who were these votes for?

I think #3 is not ascertainable since I presume they were discarded since they were late.

What little I have seen indicates that there appears to have been greater effect on ballots in swing states.
