That is why I rely on Cooks Illustrated Magazine. They test those recipies before they publish them.

My mom wanted to ensure that I could survive on my own without a woman for a while, if need be. So I learned from an early age how to wash and fold laundry, how to do my own dishes, and how to follow a recipe. It’s not rocket science.
