I am so freakin’ on the fence on this… I, certainly can use a cell phone while I drive (heavy usage for almost 25 years, no accidents); at the same time, I see many people doing very stupid things because they’re using them.

Was almost ran over by a lady last night in a Wal-Mart parking lot because she was talking on her cell (WHY IN THE FUCK! WAS SHE HOLDING HER CELL PHONE IN HER RIGHT HAND TO HER LEFT EAR WHILE DRIVING!?!?). Lucky for me she was driving at about a mile and a half an hour.

I’d give it up… but, gosh, I’d be pissed.
