Actually, I didn’t find the video creepy, just funny. I wouldn’t be surprised if most politicians practice posing, smiling, waving, etc. to project whatever image or emotion they want to show at the moment.

Carol Burnett did a funny take-off of Queen Elizabeth doing the ‘wave’.
