As a condition for entering the debates (and they’re going to need some with the # of loons running) a candidate must clarify how they take a different stand on any issue than any other one of the other clowns.

Wonder how they’ll change the rules to make sure ICarly is allowed into the debates? I believe they set the threshold at 5% and I think she’s somewhere between 1 and 2%.
