Why would he tell his coworkers this? There’s something unstated here, because it’s hard to imagine how that conversation gets reported up to management unless it triggered one of the participant’s alarm bells.

It was seasonal landscaping work. He can probably get on somewhere else as long as he doesn’t keep creeping people out.

I’m sort of curious how this “zero tolerance” policy applies to firearms? Normally you hear that with regards to harassment or bullying.
