Just guessing, but it looks like Metro Line A would take VB from her place to those stores my link above lists.

The closest Metro to Josefov is Staromestska - that goes to Muzeum or Mustek, where there’s clothing stores. I know by Muzeum there’s still Bila Labut, a department store.
