I’m not a lawyer, but it seems to me that if you’re the only one with the gun, the only one that’s alive at the end of the encounter, and the worst thing that happened to you is that somebody raised their voice and possibly threw popcorn at you, I’m thinking that “Victim” is a tough card to play.
