Blizzard watch now in effect for most of NYC metro area. Now reporting 10-18 inches of snow likely Monday into Tuesday. High amounts locally, and blowing snow means that it’s going to be a mess. Schools will be open tomorrow, but Tuesday may well be a snow day for NYC (which is a pretty uncommon thing).
