Correction: Legal abortion. Women will still get abortions. They will just be underground and dangerous.

Here’s a series of articles about abortion in DC and environs in 1966. It was quite illegal but very organized.

Those states that support women’s rights would become a Mecca for the new underground railroad. Of course, this assumes that the ruling doesn’t, in effect, outright ban abortion for all by claiming that a fetus is a person from the date of conception.
