You know it may not be the most popular thing to say in some corners but Professor Bell was right about the Constitution having flaws. It’s a great document no doubt but a perfect document it is not which is why we have amendments in the first place. I admire the Founders as much as any American but they weren’t supermen that were right about everything. They were flawed men like we all are but that’s the crux of being human.
