Yes, rape is a real problem. I don’t quite get the connection to the topic being discussed or why “in her case” was a necessary qualifier to the right to an abortion.

The connection was tangential, I admit. mostly the fact that I found the article on CNN today and thought it worthy of posting. “In her case” was more a reference to the fact that the woman in question had been raped. I support access to abortion in cases rape or incest, or to protect the mother from harm. In other cases I’m still trying to sort matters out in my head, so I felt the need to insert a qualifier.
