Can’t you just hang up on them as soon as they announce that they’re trash?

We are required to give them a warning that if they continue with their use of unacceptable language the call will be disconnected.

If they continue using Carlin’s 7 dirty words or racial slurs we disconnect.

And when they call back to complain we remind them every call we take is recorded and we heard the offensive crap they said.

It took ages of Union bargaining to get that for us. Before we were told we were paid to take abuse.
