Nope, never dealt with whatever Windstream is. They won’t be in business for long, if Subsailor’s “customer service” is any example! I did my pain with Dell. 6 computers worth, to be exact. I was in retail sales, for many years & was patient, to a point. Then it was MY TIME being wasted on thier s***ty product. I did the googles, and figured out how to get it solved. Now, I don’t spend much time before the googles.
Life is too short, to spend it on hold for a “customer service” rep. for a shitty comany providing shitty service for a shitty prodduct.
