It will be filtered through the PA with the usual restrictions. It still won’t help the average Palestinian any. Whatever schools and hospital are built will be used to launch rockets and will end up getting damaged in the next war. The increase in aid is a direct response to poorly armed terrorist getting themselves killed in a stupid attempt to take hostages. We just gave them a lot of money for doing that. They are going to do it again. If it doesn’t work, they’ll get a higher body count. They love dead children so they’ll start getting their own children killed in these attempts too. It’s a horrible thing to reward with extra money.
