Help me out here, only one semester of philosophy, nihilistic sophicism is?

Nihilism: rejecting all religious and moral principles in the belief that life is meaningless.
Solipsism: the view or theory that the self is all that can be known to exist.

In brief, the idea that only the fantasy of what exists in your mind is real and that nothing can be good or meaningful since it doesn’t exist. It’s an emotional crutch most useful at about the same time 12 year old boys discover either their penises or Ayn Rand.

Some never fall into it. Some grow out of it. Some become Republicans.
