At least Covid19 doesn’t seem deadly to those under 50. Fewer than 1/1000 death under 50 deaths in South Korea. The Spanish flu hit the young pretty hard,
And 17/2003 in Italy — a week or so ago. (I haven’t seen breakdowns of fatalities after then. This doesn’t mean younger people can’t have lasting aftereffects, e.g. lung scarring, though. It’s probably too early to say anything about that.)
