My company still has not mandated vaccination; they are looking at what it will take to set up the mandatory testing infrastructure for people who don’t want to be vaccinated. It’s a bit disappointing, but it sounds like on the manufacturing floors particularly, they are short of job applications. I wonder if they would get more people submitting applications if they mandated vaccination…

They don’t have to worry about it because most people are going to comply and for every person they lose because they didn’t want to comply, they could probably recruit from a competitor that doesn’t want to enforce a mandate.
