It could be a General Duty Clause violation if the regional OSHA shop could show an unreasonable risk to life and health. That would be easy in a crowded chicken plant, harder in a small office with low traffic.

In all cases, it wouldn’t stick because a Trump flunky heads the DoL.

Florida should have a state OSHA. Kentucky does; I use to hear those cases. Of course if they do, its probably run by a DeathSantis flunky.
