What if there was no Holocaust?

I am not denying the Holocaust, so this isn’t offensive.
What I am saying is what if Hitler had not order the excutions of “undesirables?” Say he was still anti-Sematic, but just banned Jews from the armed forces, fired them from jobs, and other thing, but did not have anyone kill them. Them same with the other groups that Hitler didn’t like? THen what? Would there still be trials for war crimes and crimes against humanity in Nurenberg and elsewhere? What would have happened to Hitler’s generals and political leaders, and the SS? Would there have been any reason for the leaders to kill themselves? Would Hitler still be considered the way he is now? Or could the Nazis have won the war because they weren’t wasting man-power on killing people that they didn’t like? What do you think?
