I got a Pep Boys card the last time I went there for a, battery. I think this might be my fifth battery. I had to get a jump start from the dealer, John Elway Ford, the 1st week I owned the damn thing. I had to yell at them on the phone to get someone out here (or there as it were). This car eats batteries when it sits around. Can’t complain since that’s about the worst of it and never had any major mechanical breakdowns. Well, other than popping out of 2nd gear which is my fault for driving it like a race car when I first owned it.

You need to get that thing checked for a parasitic drain. A normal car should be able to sit for months on end (provided it’s not bitter cold winter months) without needing jumped or charged.
