Bush’s AIDS work at the end of his term was the one positive thing he did, but not without some speed bumps…first, he promised 15 billion then delivered about 2 billion in aid the first two years…and the “no aid for distributing condoms in favor of Xian abstinence programs” thing (which changed, I believe) also brought him a lot of criticism in the early days. Still, it was one good legacy from eight years.
