That’s calling for the deaths of American soldiers at the hands of Muslim extremists.

The original said ‘of splatter’, maybe there’s another interpretation here but I don’t see it.

I think the pants-santoruming bigot meant to type “or”. Which, though still making the statement repugnant, is marginally less horrible than the initial interpretation.
