Seriously Allen West? OMG. I know two young men, TWO, who have killed themselves after repeated tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. I know a third who has serious PTSD (he was a guard at the prison where Saddam was held, he saw some ugly shit), is armed to the eyeballs and has two little kids in the house. He won’t get help either. The latest one who shot himself did so 6 weeks ago after his girlfriend called the police because he hit her (and that wasn’t the first time) while she was holding their infant daughter. He shot himself in front of them both, so close that brain and blood had to be cleaned off the both of them. But NO, the guns aren’t the fucking issue, nope. The first young man was my son in law. About 7 yrs ago he lost hope of getting any help (they live in Appalachia, there’s nothing there) and killed himself because he knew his two little girls would get survivors benefits because he couldn’t keep a job. He thought he was worth more dead than alive. But no, he should have had a gun too, hell a whole truck load, you know, because it’s so manly and 2nd ammendmentylicious.

God damn it I’m so sick of this gun humping ammosexual freaking bullshit. I’m sorry some guys just can’t handle having teeny weenies, but a gun ain’t gonna fix that. GAH. Sorry for the rant, but between this nonsense and hearing gunshots from target practice next door all the damned time, I’m about over this shit.
