The world may crumble, but Thanksgiving is in 2 days and I have a turkey waiting at my local purveyor of food items. I’m gonna set it up with a couple days of brining (a.k.a. “turkey spa treatment”) so I may as well pick it up early in the day before the store gets crowded.
