I don’t agree. I think what has to go is equating religious values with political values.

Fuck the religious values… have you seen what religious values have turned into… buggering kids behind the altar and then covering it up for decades, hypocritical smiling faces on TV, talking out one side of their mouth while they are slamming the female members of their congregation, gay men who can’t come to grips with their own sexuality so they feel a need to screw up the life of every other sexually diverse person on the face of this planet.

Is that the religious values you’re talking about?
